FAQs:
1. How many pieces can I make?
The clay is enough to make 2-3 pieces and other forms such as mugs, bowls, plates, small figurines and vases.
2. Where do I drop off my pieces for firing?
You may drop off your pieces Tuesday–Sunday at Bumi & Ashe Warehouse, 7230 Malugay, Brgy. Bel-Air Makati (beside The Zone). Please message us on Instagram before dropping them off. If sending via Lalamove, note that we are not accountable for any delivery damage—pieces are very fragile at this stage.
3. When do I get my fired pieces?
Firing takes 6–8 weeks, including drying and two firing stages. We’ll notify you once your pieces are ready for pickup.
4. Is firing included?
Yes, firing is included in the fee.
5. Can I choose my colors for the underglaze paint?
Yes—please indicate your preferred colors at checkout. Please label (qty - color)
6. Does it come with instructions?
Yes, it includes step-by-step guides for making a mug, matcha bowl, ceramic goblet, and travel cup.
