An Offline Valentine's: Galentines

Celebrate Galentine’s through a private, feel-good experience made for best friends.

This is a private group experience. Price is for 1 pax, with a minimum of 4 participants.

The Offline Valentine's Private experience

• Before entering, we ask you to lock away all mobile devices in our Memory Vaults. No screens, no notifications, no distractions.
• You’ll be handed a Keepsake Kit during your class, filled with small rituals meant to be shared to leave notes for each other, to notice details you’d usually miss, to remember without reaching for a screen.
• After your private class, stay a little longer in our offline lounge where you can unwind and do simple activities together. Light refreshments are provided.

Wheel & Paint Shape a memorable piece on the wheel and paint it on the same session

• What you will learn: 
• Introduction on pottery
• How to prepare your clay
• How to use the potter’s wheel in order to make a plate
• Painting with underglaze

• Painting included: we will provide you with underglaze of your choice.

Bronze Ring Making (jewelry making) Craft matching or individual rings using bronze gold clay, personalized with engravings or gems. 

• What you will learn: 
• Introduction to Bronze Gold Clay and tools
• Designing your jewelry piece/s
• Molding and shaping your clay
• Filing and refining your piece/s
• Carving details using special carving tools
• Attaching heat-resistant gems

• 3-hour guided session
• Bronze Gold Clay and High-fire gems – up to 3 per student
• Packaged with a Jewelry pouch & polishing cloth
• Firing and polishing of your pieces by the Bumi Team

Rug Tufting  Tuft your own rug (60x60 cm) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design, and clean your piece from start to finish.

FAQ

I already booked a class for Valentines Day, can I convert it to this experience?

Yes, you can convert your booking by paying the price difference. Please message us immediately on Instagram so we can assist you. This is subject to availability. 

How many people can be in 1 group?

Our private experience requires a minimum of 4 pax, but our Makati studio can hold a lot of students (up to 100 pax even!) send us a message on Instagram and we will assist you ASAP.

Booking separately but attending together?

Simply choose the same date and time as your friends, then send us a message on Instagram with their names so we can group your bookings in the same session. 

Pro tip: Assign one friend as the point person to coordinate the group and keep the details organised. 

What drinks are included? 

We will be providing a variety of non-alcoholic (juice, soda) and alcoholic drinks (wine, beer) to choose from. 

You may also bring additional food and drinks, corkage free. Please give us a heads up so the teacher is informed and we can set up a table for you. 

Can I bring pets?

Yes of course. Our founder (Ashe) is actually a gray tabby cat. We love pets! Please bring your pets :) We also assume that you will be responsible for them and will not disrupt any other ongoing classes in the other class rooms. 

Can kids join this experience? 

• Yes of course, but we will only serve wine to 18 years old and above. 
• Pottery workshops: 5 yo and above
• Bronze and Rug tufting: 13 yo and above 

Where are you located? 

Venue A: Bumi & Ashe, Cubao Expo. 
Venue B: Bumi & Ashe 7230 Malugay, Makati.

Where do we park?

Cubao: Yes, parking is available at a first come first serve basis in Cubao Expo.

Makati: Yes there is limited parking in Reliable bldg but there are a lot of parking options with a maximum 3min walk. You may also park on Malugay street during weekends and holidays. 

• Malugay street is free parking during weekends,
• The Zone sports Center,
• Ardiza parking Lot and 
• lluminations Parking lot are all options for parking. 

Can we bring home our creations right away? 

• Rug tufting: Yes you can bring them home same-day
• Bronze Clay Jewelry: ready for pick up in 2 weeks
• Pottery: Ready in 6-8 weeks (since glazing and firing is required)

What is your refund / reschedule policy?

• We don’t offer refunds.
• Option 1: You may transfer your slot to someone else
• Option 2: Reschedule your slot, but freebies like drinks and the offline lounge won't be present if outside of Feb 6-22. Rescheduling fee is at PHP500/person. 
• Full payment is required to reserve.

Is the space fully private?

Our studio is an open-plan space with curtain dividers that provide separation while maintaining a relaxed, shared studio atmosphere.
