Workshop Pick Up Form

❗️Pick up schedule is from 11AM - 5PM, Tuesdays to Saturdays (except holidays).

How it works:
1. Select the date you'd like for when you'll be picking up your pieces :)
2. Fill up the questions on your workshop details
3. Check Out!

Reminders:
Please be sure to schedule your pick-up no later than 1 month from when you receive the pick up confirmation. After 30 calendar days, we’ll need to free up space for future students' works, so we won't be able to hold onto your pieces past that time.

If you had a companion during the workshop, they will receive a confirmation when their pieces are ready :)

For group pick-ups, please coordinate with your group members and kindly decide who will pick up for the entire group, and we’ll arrange the pick-up accordingly.

FAQ:

1. Can I do same day pick up?
Yes, as long as it's within store hours

2. Can I pick up my companions pieces?
Yes, please indicate their names :)

3. Something came up, can I reschedule my pick up date?
Yes, just fill up the form again

4. Upon check out, the default time is 11am, but you may pick up anytime between 11am - 5pm

Please be aware that completing this form without any prior instruction or confirmation of your pieces being available for pick up may result to no pieces being released.
