Here are our classes:

1. [Nook Exclusive!] Wheel Throwing  (P4,500) - a pottery technique that allows you to create 1-2 cups using a potter's wheel. You'll learn the basic fundamentals of wheel throwing, such as centering, opening, and pulling a wall.

Inclusions: 3 hours in-person session, 1kg PBG clay, use of tools, premium glaze, and firing service.

 

2. [Nook Exclusive!] Silver Clay Jewelry Making (P3,700) - Design and make 1 ring or 2 charms/pendants with 10g silver clay. This is a single session 3-hour workshop and you will be able to bring home your finished piece/s on the same day! 

Silver metal clay is made using recycled silver particles, binder, and water. Unlike clay used in ceramics, Silver clay is delicate and sensitive. After properly molding the clay, it is immediately dried and fired. Once fired, the clay will become 99.9% silver.

3. Mug Making (₱2,800) - a pottery technique that allows you to create a mug with only some tools and your hands, without using a wheel. In this class, you will also be able to decorate your pieces by carving, adding a handle, and painting.

Inclusions: 3 hours in-person session, 600g stoneware clay, use of tools, unlimited paint, transparent glaze, firing service 

 

4. [Nook Exclusive!] Parent+Kid Bundle Mug Making (₱3,950) - Create your OWN mugs together! (1 mug for parent & 1 mug for kid). The kid must be 10 years old and below. Additional kid is ₱900 (please message us ahead if you will add). 

Inclusions:

• same as Mug Making Workshop but for 2pax

 

5. Handbuilding (₱3,500) - Create THREE irregular forms with clay and your hands, without using a wheel. What can you make? Vases, Lidded Jars, Goblets, Pitcher or Carafe Candle Holders, Elevated Pet Bowl & more. Get creative by sculpting details on your pieces!

Inclusions: 3 hours in person session, 1kg clay, use of tools, paints, transparent glaze, firing service

 

6. Rug Solo (Big) 60x60cm frame (₱4,200) - Tuft your own rug (20x20 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design and clean your piece from start to finish.

Inclusions: 3 hours in person session, unlimited choices of yarn colors, use of tufting gun, threader, scissors, glue and backing kit. 

 

7. Rug Pair (Big) 60x60cm frame (₱4,500) - You and your plus one will be able to tuft a rug (20x20 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design, and clean your piece from start to finish.

2 people will be sharing 1 tufting frame, and 1 tufting gun, and will share 1 output.

Inclusions: same as Solo Rug Making Workshop

 

8. Rug Solo (Small) 45x45cm frame (₱3,500) - Tuft your own rug (15x15 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design and clean your piece from start to finish.

Inclusions: Same as Solo Rug Making Workshop but 2.5 hours only.

 

FAQ:

Where is the class located?

The class is located at the Nook CoWorking Studio in Molito, Alabang. A waze link to the nearest parking will be sent to you once your booking has been confirmed.

Is there an age restriction?

Mug Making Pottery Class - 6 yrs old and above are allowed 

Silver Clay Class - 13 yrs old and above are allowed

Rug Tufting Class - 15 yrs old and above are allowed 

Are we allowed to reschedule?

We only have fixed schedules for this workshop so rescheduling is not allowed.

Can we bring our final outcomes home? 

Pottery - We will need to fire your pieces first before you are able to use them, the firing process will involve multiple stages like drying, and firing it twice which can take around 6-8 weeks.

Shipping Fee is NOT included in the workshop rates. Once the pieces are ready, our team will contact you. You may choose between:

(1) Pick up at our Cubao studio

(2) Deliver to your doorstep (delivery fee shouldered by you)

 

Silver Clay -

 

During the session, we will fire your pieces with you. the clay will be 99.9% silver, ready to wear. :) 

Tufting - Yes, you will be able to bring home your rug since we will teach you how to glue, attach backing, touch up, shave, trim, and clean your tufted piece. 

Can I bring food or drinks? 

Yes, you can bring food and drinks. You can even order from the dozens of restaurants inside Molito. Please give us a heads up so the teacher is informed :)

Can I bring pets?

Yes of course. We love pets! Please bring your pets :) We also assume that you will be responsible for them and will not disturb ongoing classes and other customers inside the space.

If we miss the class, can we refund? 

 

We do not do refunds. Please note that we are a small business and we have allotted time, space and an instructor for your company and convenience. 

Can we give a downpayment to reserve?
We require full payment upon reservation as we need to say no to others who would like your slots. We accept BPI, BDO, Gcash. We hope you understand <3

Silver Clay FAQ:

Is silver clay safe? - Yes, it is made of non-toxic particles. There is no need to wear protective gear when working with silver clay unless you are allergic.

 

Is it waterproof and non-tarnish? - Yes, you can wear your jewelry all the time. Eventually all silver can tarnish over time. Using your silver polishing cloth to buff/polish.

 

Is this class beginner friendly? - Yes we have designed this class to be easy to follow for beginners.

Is there unlimited clay? - No. If you would like to add more clay - there will be additional fees. Rest assured your starting clay will be enough to make your piece. If you have more time and want to make more pieces and require more clay it's P2500 for 10grams of clay.
