Pottery and Rug Tufting in Alabang West Parade

Here are our classes:

1. Mug Making (₱2,800) - a pottery technique that allows you to create a piece with only some tools and your hands, without using a wheel. In this class, you will also be able to decorate, such as carving, adding attachments, and painting.

Inclusions: 3 hours in-person session, 600g stoneware clay, use of tools, paints, transparent glaze, and firing service.

2. [AWP Exclusive!] Adult+Kid Bundle Mug Making (₱3,950) - Create your OWN mugs together! (1 mug for parent & 1 mug for kid). The kid must be 10 years old and below. Additional kid is ₱1200 (please message us ahead if you will add). 

Inclusions:

• same as Mug Making Workshop but for 2pax

3. Wheel Throwing (₱4,500) - A pottery technique that allows you to create 1-2 pieces using a potter's wheel. You'll learn the basic fundamentals of wheel throwing, such as centering, opening, and pulling a wall.

Inclusions: 3 hours in-person session, 1kg stoneware clay, use of tools, premium glaze, and firing service.

4.  Freeform Pottery (₱3,200) - Using handbuilding techniques, make up to 3 pieces — mix and match forms. Use hand building techniques to create whatever you envision. Paint your pieces in the same session.

Ideas on what you can make:

• Mugs, Goblets, Cups 
• Plates, Bowls, Pet feeder 
• Mini sculptures, vases, lamps
• Paper weight, Coaster,

Inclusions: 3 hours in-person session, 1kg clay, use of tools, premium glaze, and firing service.

5. Rug Solo (Big) 60x60cm frame (₱4,200) - Tuft your own rug (20x20 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design and clean your piece from start to finish.

Inclusions: 3 hours in person session, unlimited choices of yarn colors, use of tufting gun, threader, scissors, glue and backing kit. 

6. Rug Pair (Big) 60x60cm frame (₱4,500) - You and your plus one will be able to tuft a rug (20x20 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design, and clean your piece from start to finish.

2 people will be sharing 1 tufting frame, and 1 tufting gun, and will share 1 output.

Inclusions: same as Solo Rug Making Workshop

7. Rug Solo (Small) 45x45cm frame (₱2,700) - Tuft your own rug (15x15 inches) where you'll be able to choose your own yarn colors, tuft your design and clean your piece from start to finish.

Where is the class located?

The class is located at the Al fresco Pond 1, Ground floor of Alabang West Parade, 1750 Daang Hari Road, Las Piñas.  

Since the event will be held outdoors, we will be providing Iwata fans and cold beverages to ensure the comfort of all attendees. We also recommend that participants wear light and airy clothing.

Is there an age/height restriction?

Mug Making and Freeform Pottery Class - 5 yrs old and above are allowed

Wheel Throwing - at least 4 feet tall

Rug Tufting Class - 15 yrs old and above are allowed 

Are we allowed to reschedule?

We only have fixed schedules for this workshop, so rescheduling is not allowed.

If we miss the class, can we refund? 

We do not do refunds. Please note that we are a small business, and we have allotted time, space and an instructor for your company and convenience. 

Can we bring our final outcomes home? 

Pottery - We will need to fire your pieces first before you are able to use them, the firing process will involve multiple stages like drying, and firing it twice which can take around 6-8 weeks.

Shipping Fee is NOT included in the workshop rates. Once the pieces are ready, our team will contact you. You may choose between:

(1) Pick up at our Makati studio ( 7230 Malugay, Brgy Bel-Air Makati, (Beside The Zone)

(2) Deliver to your doorstep (delivery fee shouldered by you)

Tufting - Yes, you will be able to bring home your rug since we will teach you how to glue, attach backing, touch up, shave, trim, and clean your tufted piece.
